The terms, including what we do not promise

What we sell

A measurement of whether AI assistants name your business in answers to buying questions in your market, a report explaining it, and — unless you have chosen to do the work yourself — the work on the sources those assistants read.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that an assistant will name you, that a share will rise, or that a position will improve. The assistants do not publish how they build their lists, they change without notice, and no supplier can control them. What we commit to is the work being done, the measurements being run as described, and the results being reported to you in full, including when they are poor.

First movement, where it happens, usually shows six to eight weeks after the work begins.

What we ask of you

Accurate information about your business, and permission to correct your details on directories and listings where we act on your behalf. If information you give us is wrong, the measurement will be wrong with it.

Payment and cancellation

One-off work is invoiced before it starts. Monitoring is billed monthly with no minimum term; cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the paid period. Prepaid periods are discounted and are refundable pro rata if we stop delivering.

Your data and your results

The measurements, answers and reports we produce for you are yours. You may publish them, hand them to another supplier, or take them with you if you leave. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Limits

We are liable for the fees you have paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for lost profit or for decisions taken on the basis of a measurement — a measurement describes what assistants said at a point in time, and assistants change.
