About
Who we are, and what we are careful about
Sayso measures whether AI assistants name your business, and does the work to get you named. That is the whole product.
What we hold ourselves to
- Every number is traceable Each figure links to the answer it came from. You can open the assistant and check us.
- We name the error bars We ask more than once, report a share, and call a small swing no change.
- Assistants are never averaged A single blended figure hides the one you are absent from.
Behind it is a search specialist, not a dashboard vendor. What gets a business named in an answer is the same craft that got it found in results — the listings, the directories, the round-ups an assistant reads. What changed is where the answer appears, not how the work is done.
What we can do is measure honestly, show you the raw material, and tell you when something has not worked. Every account is run by a person who knows it: when a number moves, they can tell you what moved it.
Founder
Sayso was started by Olha Kryva, an SEO and GEO specialist who has spent the last decade getting businesses found in search — five years agency-side, and five before that running content for an online retailer.
She teaches the SEO module on an internet marketing course at Hillel IT School, including the part about optimising for AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity. That is where this started — the questions students asked had no good answers yet, and neither did the tools.
Every client is handled by someone who knows their account, not by whoever picks up the ticket next.
